1. Quantitative Analysis

I conduct quantitative analysis using surveys to gather insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points. Additionally, I utilize Microsoft Clarity to track key metrics such as user engagement, click patterns, and session recordings—enabling me to derive actionable insights.

4. Maintaining User Persona

Regularly update and refine user personas to reflect evolving user needs and behaviors, ensuring design decisions are user-focused and relevant.

7. Low & High Fidelity Click through Prototypes

Design interactive prototypes at both low and high fidelity to test and validate user flows, ensuring the final product meets user needs and expectations.

2. Qualitative Analysis

I use methods like in-depth interviews, focus groups, and user journey mapping to gather rich, non-numerical insights. This allows me to understand user pain points, preferences, and thought processes beyond metrics.

Map out and design user journeys across different lines of business to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience for users.

Identify and categorize user profiles across various lines of business to tailor design solutions effectively.

Develop and structure the information architecture to ensure content is organized logically and is easily navigable, enhancing the overall user experience.
